ARTWORK
Art can be emailed to rosstextiles@shtc.net. A hard copy of the art may be submitted with the purchase order. Scanned art must be at a resolution of 300-400 dpi. Call for Preflight form explaining our requirements when submitting art on disc. Be sure to include all associated images and Postscript Type 1 fonts.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders being cancelled will be charged for all work completed.

Ross Textiles, Inc. is a custom sewing facility, and all products manufactured are non-returnable.  Ross Textiles, Inc. does not stock products, therefore each order is cut and sewn to the order's specifications.  If there is a defect in the product, you must notify Ross Textiles, Inc. within 30 days upon receipt of the goods.  Ross Textiles, Inc. reserves the right to either repair the product, replace the product, or issue a refund/credit.
CHANGE OF IMPRINT / LOGO

One order from one customer shipped to one destination, requiring a change of imprint will be billed at the total quantity price plus $25.00 per change.
DELIVERY

Most order will be shipped within 10 working days. Large orders usually ship in 2 to 3 weeks.
DROP SHIPMENTS

Drop shipments are offered at no extra charge.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

Please call for price quote.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS

While every effort is made to ship the quantity ordered, all orders are subject to a 5% overrun or underrun.
PROOFS

Artwork prices vary from $10-30, with basic text artwork being $10. Allow up to 4 working days for proof return.
SHIPPING

F.O.B. - Bethune, South Carolina. On any shipments that are prepaid, the cost will be added to the invoice prior to shipping.
