Ross Textiles, Inc, located in Bethune, SC, is a family owned and operated custom sewing facility. The owner, Gary R. Dixon, has been involved in the textile industry for over 30 years. RTI has covered the globe with their products. Manufacturing products ranging from linen cart covers to organic shopping bags, RTI has the flexibility and knowledge to help you in producing your product.
RTI does everything in-house. From R&D, cutting, sewing, screen printing, packaging, and shipping, we do it all. We have the capabilities to put your imprint on a range of products. We also have a variety of packaging ideas to suite your product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders are subject to effective prices on date of order, and are subject to change. Price quotes expire 30 days from the date of quotation.
Payment Terms vary depending on your history with RTI. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Cashier's Check, and Money Order. Call for more payment options and terms.
Past Due Invoices will be subject to a monthly charge. We reserve the right to make a Finance Charge computed by a periodic rate of 2% interest per month, 24% annum. Charges will be added to all unpaid balances after 30 days.
No products are to be returned without written authorization. Specialty items such as cart covers, sling bags, laundry bags with stripes, custom printed bags, or other extras will not be accepted for return. We do not guarantee shades of color fabric due to dye lot changes. No warranties are implied and all items are sold as is.
If there is a defect in the product, you must notify Ross Textiles, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to either repair the product, replace the product, or issue a full or partial refund/credit.
Orders being canceled will be charged for all work completed. Typographical or clerical errors in pricing, quotations, orders, or acknowledgements are subject to correction.
Prices are based on our most popular sizes and styles ordered on a daily basis. Call for pricing on large quantity orders and bids. We can custom manufacture products to your specifications. All pricing + S&H via UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise. All products ship from Bethune, South Carolina 29009.
Turn-around time varies. Some orders ship same day, while other orders may take 10-15 working days.

Fluid Resistant Bags
At RTI, our fluid resistant bags are manufactured from water repellent polyester barrier fabric. All of our fluid resistant bags come standard with binding and 4 dump handle loops.
Our fluid resistant bags are available with draw cord closure, flip top closure, elastic, and straight or round bottoms. We offer various stock logos for our products, such as the biohazard soiled linen logo.
Laundry Net Bags
At RTI, our polyester laundry net bags are available in 4 different styles of mesh, and our laundry net bags come standard with corner ID Tags. Our net bags can be found in schools, hospitals, and prisons across the USA.
We offer 6 standard laundry net bag sizes and 6 standard laundry net bag styles, but we can manufacture any size and style you may need. Stock color options are white, black, blue, green, yellow, and red. Other laundry net bag colors may be available upon request.
Custom Linen Cart Covers
At RTI, we offer a variety of fabrics and color options for your custom linen cart covers. Over thirty years of experience and extensive research sets our cart covers apart from the competition. Reinforced corners and double stitching are standard on all custom cart covers. We also offer your choice of industrial-strength Velcro or zipper closures at no additional charge.
When you place a cart cover order with RTI, an experienced salesperson will help you through the ordering process. At that time, all measurements and options will be discussed. We may ask for a sample of your current cart cover in order to maintain complete continuity.
Once the order is taken, you should receive your cart covers in seven to ten business days. On exceptionally large orders, an additional one to two weeks may be required. All sanitary basket liners are available in standard sizes to fit carts ranging from 4 up to 24 bushel capacity. When you place a sanitary laundry basket liner order with RTI, an experienced salesperson will help you through the ordering process. At that time, all measurements and options will be discussed. We may ask for a sample of your current basket liner in order to maintain complete continuity.

All contract work performed is completed on an as needed basis, and the product is only produced for the contracting company.
